Happy Chinese New Year!!

Boo~

Chinese New Year - is the biggest festive season for all Chinese, as it symbolizes the start of a brand new year of the lunar calendar. There's a lot of traditions and celebrations for this important festival which actually last for 15 days during the older days... Although we don't eat and play for 15 days but there's still so many events and celebrations around during Chinese New Year. XD This year CNY is certainly unfair to all Chinese students(except those who'r on holiday), only 2 days public holiday + Saturday and Sunday. Who to blame? Non actually, the lunar calendar January 1st dropped on Thursday, is a fact. Let's say 1st January, 初一on Monday and Tuesday, then i will have 1 week public holiday. sigh, enuf.

During Chinese New Year, my house is fully decorated ornately with emptied ang paus. Haplessly, no photos were taken for that. Haizz, by the way, is not a problem to take it in coming this weekend if i can go back lah :P

Emm. So I had my share of peanut, cookies, cake (not fattening but its addictive) and alot alot...of Shandy. Everyone seems to be serving it to guest during chinese new year. Is there some correlation between cny celebrations and Anglia Shandy? Anyway, its the closest thing there is to beer and I actually enjoy Shandy very much..despite the fact that I'm not recommended to consume over carbonated beverages. (something to do with my naughty stomach disorder)

But screw it, I've drank up 2 cans a day and I'm still alive & kicking and not sprawling on the floor grabing my stomach..Choi!

Gong Xi Gong Xi yah! ; D

By the way,
Angpaus for this year ngam ngam RM1K.
